Slow Down...Turn Inward...Practice Stillness
Restorative Yoga is an important and useful practice during the cold, wet months of fall and winter and is deeply relaxing, calming and grounding for your body, your mind and your soul. You will be guided into relaxing poses that use yoga props (bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps) to support your body allowing you to be restful, calm and peaceful. Restorative yoga is extremely beneficial both physically and emotionally, consider making this practice part of your self-care routine as a way to nourish your mind, body and heart. Wear comfortable, warm clothes and cozy socks (bring a hot water bottle if you have one).
